Online and faxed-in media registration is no longer available. You can register on-site starting on Monday, June 13.

You can register on location starting on Monday, June 13 in Grand Ballroom C, located on Level 1 in the South Hall.

Monday, June 13 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, June 14 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday, June 15 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday, June 16 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Please note:

  • Media badges and information packets will not be mailed in advance, so all pre-registered media should plan to pick up their materials on-site at Media Registration.

  • A Photo ID is required to retrieve registration materials.

  • Office/convention managers responsible for handling registration on behalf of their editorial staff must either submit a separate form (if sending paper form) or register individually (online) with personal contact information for each registrant, including phone number, fax number, mailing address and e-mail address.
